Welcome to Kedaya (Daka). These Terms apply when you access or use the Kedaya iOS app and its related services, including account sign-in, subscriptions, support pages, and update configuration services.
By continuing to use the app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
1. Service Overview
Kedaya is a time management and self-reflection app. Core capabilities currently include:
- Task management, goals, and time wheel planning
- Reminders, statistics, and daily reflection tools
- Account sign-in, account deletion, and support services
- Premium subscriptions, trial periods, and referral rewards
- AI analysis features that run only when you actively trigger them
2. Accounts and Data
You may register and sign in using email. You are responsible for your device security, mailbox security, and all activity under your account.
- If you enable sync-related features, some data may depend on iCloud / CloudKit.
- You may request account deletion from within the app; after deletion, account-related and local data will be cleared according to the product flow.
- You must not abuse trials, referrals, or premium entitlements through duplicate accounts, automation, or other improper methods.
3. Subscriptions, Trials, and Refunds
- Subscriptions are offered and billed through Apple App Store. Pricing, currency, and taxes are determined by App Store Connect and the in-app display.
- If you participate in referral activity, both parties may receive limited trial-time rewards within the configured cap.
- Renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are subject to Apple's billing and refund rules.
- Where applicable, Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to paid services distributed via the App Store.
4. AI and Third-Party Services
The app may rely on third-party services such as Apple CloudKit, Apple App Store, email infrastructure, and model providers.
- AI analysis is for reference only and does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
- The availability and behavior of third-party services are governed by their own terms.
- If a third-party service changes, fails, or is restricted, some app features may be affected.
5. Your Responsibilities
- You must not use the app for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing conduct.
- You must not reverse engineer, bypass security controls, bulk scrape, or otherwise attack the app or related services.
- You must not misuse account systems, email interfaces, or subscription flows.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the service stable and your data protected, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free behavior, or suitability for every purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by network failures, third-party outages, device issues, system limitations, or force majeure.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms based on product changes, legal requirements, or operational needs. When that happens, we will update the date at the top of this page and provide notice through the app, support page, or another reasonable channel when needed.
